SteadySole Foot Balance Board MINI version is a slimmer, lighter and more portable version of our SteadySole Balance Board. The use of cork domes & rods and thinner shorter platform reduces the weight and slims the profile down whilst retaining the same functionality, albeit a slightly higher difficulty level. We have kept the small domes but taken away the easier large domes and opted for a more pointed rod to allow for greater heel mobility and arch training if placed under the heel, or for an increased difficulty level greater than the SteadySole Foot Balance Board standard version.Strengthens foot and lower leg stabilisation muscles for greater balance control, coordination and agility.
