Goes well with YouTube home workouts for beginners! Really helps feel the strain using it! Fast delivery only criticism I have would be it’s a little more difficult to get used to if you’re a bigger size like me but after lots of practice it becomes so much easier! Used for 6 weeks so far.

I received this item today and am extremely disappointed. Despite being advertised as brand new, the item shows clear signs of prior use.
This is unacceptable, and I will be returning the item immediately. I cannot recommend purchasing from this seller and advise others to exercise caution.

Unless your legs are the size of a toddlers these will dig into your legs and hurt, the space between the raised edges is very small.

When I first start using it it was a bit confusing at first but then I started to get to use it the right way around then I noticed when I start using it. I start feeling my thighs they started to pain and hurt me so it does work.

It’s robust, but can be uncomfortable to use. Pinches on your legs a bit and if you have larger thighs it doesn’t sit comfortably. Does help tone your thighs however.
