I have had the hot chocolate flavoured cologne + with Manila honey/ unsure what to expect from this product, I have diabetes type 2 insulin controlled so far each time I take the honey in the lactose free skimmed milk my blood sugar levels increase

Doesn’t smell very appealing. It doesn’t have a sweet smooth caramel taste that I thought it would, instead it smells and taste a bit strong and like burnt coffee beans idk how to explain.
