This is absolutely delicious, my most favourite honey, it's so naturally sweet, with a berry aftertone, I love it on toast! Very quick delivery and an added bee pollen sample too (which also tastes and smells amazing!!) Thankyou again M&C ☺️

This is a absolute belter of a honey. Not overly sweet, but rich and unctuous. Perfect if regular honeys are too sweet, but it does have its own background of sweetness so isn't bitter. Stunning on a warm piece of toast with real butter for an indulgent treat. I also use a teaspoon in my fruit teas.

Best honey I’ve ever tasted! The flavours are exquisite, the texture is divine as it melts in the mouth! I would post a photo but quite frankly I eat them all before I remember to take a pic.

Sitting on the slopes of mount mancayo lies, the mancayo natural park, over eleven thousand hectares of pristine flora.. containing within it, blackberries.
In the late summer the berries mature & soften allowing the bees to feed off the juice which they take back to the hive and produce a rare honey..
Introducing our blackberry honey. 100% pure and natural,
Blackberry honey is gourmet honey with a rich dark appearance and a smooth and creamy texture. This honey is crisp and sweet, with a slight berry tang. It has a delicate flowery aroma to complement its normally-mild taste.
This honey has a relatively-high fructose content, meaning it is slower to crystallise than many other varieties of raw honey. Blackberry honey is rich in vitamins: A, B1, B2, B3, C, D and E.
It is also abundant in minerals: calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, sodium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, selenium, and other trace minerals.
Uses
With its rich flavour and superior taste it is a favourite when used in granola and flapjacks along with porridge and as a topping on some breakfast items.
