Lovely item so colourful,fast delivery as well which really impressed me.first round as soon as it arrived, I have fibromyalgia so I doubled the recommended 3 grain start,
I went for.

Day 1 having this , I put a teaspoon in my coffee & when dissolved I drunk it , actually was pleasant taste , tomorrow morning I am making my toast with honey and sprinkling it on top with my bee pollen , the jar is a good size , fast delivery as always
