Superquick delivery, item as described however, after purchasing this, I saw 3 TikTok’s in a row stating that Psylium Husk is not good for you. Now I’m confused and won’t be consuming till I’ve done more research. This was my 1st Tik Tok purchase, so ordering was simple and happy with process.

First time trying this & it sure won't be my last. It has no taste so it won't ruin the taste of anything you add it to I have it with their spirulina & collagen powder mixed together everyday in my Alpro Vanilla Soya milk, absolutely lovely. Delivered next day! Great quality organic products.
