The well being journal is AMAZING, I love how there are different ways of learning how to manage and deal with mental health aswell as journaling! The page quality is immense and pen colours don’t bleed through to the other side! I’m excited to start this tonight when the kids are asleep! X

The book looks beautiful. Start using it tonight and can’t wait. Hopefully it will make me feel better in myself being able to write my thoughts down. Only down size was the box was slightly squashed when I got it. But the book was still safe inside.

Both books came in lovely packaging and safe in bubble wrap. Such a nice book and gives prompts on what to write about. Highly recommend for someone who needs somewhere to write their thoughts and feelings!

Love the journal. Couldn't decide which one to go for but the free space to write swung me to this one. The only thing missing for me is maybe a habits tracker wheel or maybe a food log but I know that would have cost implications. But I love the journal overall.
