Packaging arrived damaged, not sure if all the pieces are with the item. Instruction very poor, no idea of how much water I need to get either a soft or hard boiled egg from 1 to 7. No egg piercer either. Plug connection is not a standard UK 3 pin type. Overall dissatisfied and will not buy again.
