This is very handy, alot of extra parts for it, I had to watch a video on how to use it properly as there was no leaflet with it, plus the package was untidy, little damage to the box it came in, otherwise it works very well

This is not at all like the videos i see, i got this and filled it up couldnt wait to clean my
Sofa and it started smoking up and could of caused a fire so much black smoke not even 1 star plus the on button does not stay down

Do not buy!! Does not work at all. Was very excited to use as seen good videos but that was not what arrived for me. It heats up and then no steam comes out at all. It’s brand new and I even re cleaned all the parts and nothing. Waste of time and money.

Doesn't hold much water or lasts very long. Hardly worth putting it on

The water inside doesn’t last that long, you have to hold the button down for it to work which makes it quite difficult todo it on your own as it’s quite an awkward button as it’s push up and down at the same time. I thought it had a lock feature but mine doesn’t seem to work.

It doesn't hold much water, so it will blast some steam for a minute or two then thats it's, my iron does a better job, would be ok if it held about a litre of water.

Would be great if the button could be locked to on whilst in use or not need to be held in place it kills my hands not ideal for someone with arthritis or carpal tunnel
