Put one egg in following instructions and unit blew fuse board with a big bang. Lasted exactly 90 seconds. Now being returned

It's just ok. I got this and almost certain that someone had it before me, it looks used and the box was open. It works I guess but the timing is off, took about 8 minutes for a hard boiled egg, I jad 3 in the chamber and 2 was softish and one was hardish.

I am giving 4 because it works well nicely hard boil eggs were done in 7 to 8min time. But I was thinking to give less stars because medium 7 eggs doesn't fit on properly and you can't close the lid. So I tried with 4 eggs only. Might this will work with small eggs .
