This is our newest apiary, set at the cornet of a solar farm in Bolton. We haven't explored exactly where the bees are foraging yet but the honey was the clearest & runniest we've ever had and is in the running for my personal favourite.
Our honey is sourced from seven different locations across Manchester, each offering its own distinct texture and flavour, shaped by the local flora that our bees visit.
We pride ourselves on keeping things natural – our bees are never fed sugar syrup, and we avoid all chemical treatments to ensure our honey remains pure and untouched. 340g.
