So, I have never tried raw honey ever. I’ve only ever had store bought honey. This British Borage honey is so delicious, the texture was like nothing I’ve ever had before. It left a taste in my mouth that made me go back multiple times for another spoonful. I will definitely be purchasing more!

By far the best honey I’ve ever tried, fast delivery, packaged very well and even included a freebie. The honeycomb I ordered was amazing, full of flavour, I’ll never be getting honey from the shops again as this is just out of this world. I cannot recommend this company enough, excited to try more.

Nutritious chewy raw honeycomb at its finest
Our hand-cut raw honeycomb is finally here for those that like just the comb! It is available in three varieties, our beautiful Cambridgeshire Borage honeycomb, our Acacia variety which has a very pleasant mild taste with hints of vanilla, and our new Buckinghamshire Spring honeycomb which is a little richer in flavour. All are suitable for the family due to their fresh and light flavours.
The nutritious raw honey is honey still sealed in the wax cells of the honeycomb. Honey in this form (inside the cells) contains very little water. But honey, when exposed to air, has a tendency to pull water from the atmosphere. Thus ensuring honeycomb honey is packed with amazing natural properties.
A common question we are asked is regarding the wax and if it can be eaten. The simple answer is yes you can! Although it can be very chewy, and makes for a good, natural alternative to chewing gum. However it isn't advisable for it to be consumed in large quantities.
This honeycomb comes in a 200g durable plastic reusable tub with a versatile lid which is great for taking out chunks and keeping the rest of the comb fresh when replaced. (weight can fluctuate based on harvest and comb size, minimum net weight 185g)

Honeycomb is very nutritious, it is so versatile in how it can be eaten, whether its added to a fruit salad, or topped onto yoghurt, toast, ice cream or cheese!
Honey is unsuitable for infants under 12 months.
