Oak honey is harvested from the honeydew produced in the bark of the trunk of the ancient oak tree combined with the varieties of the wild Herbs of the forest. The beehives moved to the Virgin oak forest of Evritania Greece, where we harvest this excellent quality of honey.

Good to know: Raw honey has the tendency to crystallise. This is a natural process of raw honey and it does not affect the quality. If you prefer runny honey just place the jars in a bowl of hot water or put it on the radiator and it will return to its runny form.
