Bournes Oak Smoked Cheshire Cheese.
Using our traditional Cheshires, this is then cut into rings & smoked over Oak, Ash & Beech for 3 days, this gives it a wonderful Smokey aroma but without making the smoked taste too intense. It lightly penetrates the cheese & gives it a truly unique & very pleasant flavour.Â
Ideal for any cheeseboard & fantastic to cook with. Perfect on salads & to melt.
Made using cows milk directly from the farm in Cheshire.
