Mrs Bourne's Mature Cheshire is the flag ship of all of our cheeses, This cheese stands out for it's strong yet creamy flavour with everything you could possibly ask for. Our Mature Cheshire is superb for cooking with and melts wonderfully. This cheese has characteristics no longer found in the modern day Cheshire cheese's and in our opinion compliments any cheeseboard.
Made using cows milk directly from the farm in Cheshire.
