Our Double Gloucester Cheese Wheel has been blended with chopped chives to add the finishing touch to this delicious large cheese truckle. Enjoy this creamy cheese with all accompaniments and fine wine to take your cheese adventure to the next level.
Our Caramelised Red Onion Cheddar has been laced with a homemade caramelised onion chutney, this cheese is sweet and creamy. This large cheese wheel is the perfect cheddar if you’re looking to feed more cheese lovers, giving you a generous amount of cheese for special occasions (that includes weddings!)
Our Apple Smoked has been smoked in a traditional smoke house this Applesmoked Cheddar gives a pleasant smokey sweet taste to the palate, with a hint of paprika for colour and flavour.
Our Flamin' Heart has been blended with red and green peppers, chilli powder and Jalapeño Peppers. To add that intense hot flavour, heated by the flames down below.
Our Charcoal Cheddar has been made with premium ingredients and infused with activated charcoal, this artisanal cheese offers a bold and distinctive flavour profile. Its striking appearance, with a marbled black exterior, adds a touch of sophistication to any cheese board.
