Wrong item was sent, customer service nowhere to be contacted as no response received, so no refund. Stuck with the crappy weights and can’t use as the clasp doesn’t hold the weights on at all and the “kettlebell” disinterestes as you start working out. Don’t waste your money on this. Rubbish.

Absolutely Ridiculous. Parcel is a no show! Disgusting delivery driver made no attempt to ring my door and left my parcels outside a random address in my estate. Refused a refund so I am paying for nothing!
