[HEAVY DUTY AND DURABLE] - Our weight plates are made of solid cast iron and Inner steel ring provides smooth loading and unloading to avoid the hassle of plates getting stuck during an intense workout. The weight plate are anti-friction and durable.
[OLYMPIC STANDARD] - The weight plates are Olympic standard with a hole (solid steel inner ring) of diameter of 50mm/2 inches. They are designed for Olympic barbells, dumbbells and EZ curl bars and machines. The weight plates are an absolute must-have for free-weight training.
