What’s in it and how do we make it?

Nutural World Smooth Almond Butter is made of 100% high quality almonds – and nothing else. We gently roast the almonds (skin on) and then grind them using stone grinders. That’s it. No added salt, sugar, sweetener, oil, emulsifiers or anything else whatsoever.

What does it taste like

Delicious! Some find it surprisingly sweet, given that no sweetening ingredient was used. What can it be used for?

Other than the obvious ‘spread on toast’, this nut butter would shine as an ingredient in baking (you can simply replace ‘peanut butter’ with ‘almond butter’ in recipes), in smoothies, cereal, porridge, salad dressing, with pasta or as a ‘satay dip’. It is also an excellent ingredient for Almond Ice Cream! Experiment with a pinch of salt, pepper, honey or any other spice you feel would combine well for you or your family and guests.
