What’s in it and how do we make it?

Nutural World Crunchy Cashew Butter is made of 100% high quality Cashews – and nothing else. We gently roast the Cashews and grind them using stone grinders. We then break a handful of roasted Cashews to pieces and mix them in. That’s it. No added salt, sugar, sweetener, oil, emulsifiers or anything else whatsoever.

What does it taste like?

Delicious! Here is what the judges of the Great Taste Award had to say: We found a deep, pleasing cashew flavour and gentle sweetness in both the un-oily, creamy purée and the pieces of nut. The nut pieces we found creamy, gently crunchy and just the right size. A wonderfully clean finish too. Truly delightful!

What can it be used for?

Other than the obvious ‘spread on toast’, this nut butter would shine in smoothies, cereal, porridge, salad dressing, with pasta or as a ‘satay dip’. Experiment with a pinch of salt, pepper, honey or any other spice you feel would combine well for you or your family and guests.
