Each serving of Vitality Honey contains 150% of your recommended daily allowance of eight B Vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7,B9, B12. These vitamins all contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Your new revitalising morning routine:
Stir 2 teaspoons of Vitality Honey into 200ml of hot water - just under boiling.
