•Turmeric Extract: (125mg per serving) The turmeric plant comes from Southeast Asia and has been used for its natural properties for centuries. Aside from its active and functional properties, we love the spicy flavour of turmeric as it balances so well with the sweetness of our honey.
•Vitamin D: (5µg / 100% RDA per serving) Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and helps to support the normal function of the immune system.
•Vitamin C: (20mg / 25% RDA per serving) Vitamin C contributes to the normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and helps to support the normal function of the immune system.
How to make a Turmeric Latte:
Your new revitalising morning routine: Stir 2 teaspoons of Turmeric+ Honey into 200ml of hot water or hot milk - just under boiling. Optional – if using milk, finish with a dusting of turmeric powder. If using water, garnish with a slice of lemon! Enjoy!
Other serving suggestions:
We love Turmeric+ Honey drizzled over roasted root vegetables or Greek yoghurt. Spread on toast or a crumpet. It’s also delightful eaten straight off the spoon!
