Started to take just bee turmeric honey 🍯 and it’s amazing, it’s been a week now and the affects are brilliant, I normally get colds etc, since taking the honey in hot water in the morning I feel great, my sleep is better, not so much achy joints no more especially in the morning. ☺️

How to make a Turmeric Latte:
Your new revitalising morning routine: Stir 2 teaspoons of Turmeric+ Honey into 200ml of hot water or hot milk - just under boiling. Optional – if using milk, finish with a dusting of turmeric powder. If using water, garnish with a slice of lemon! Enjoy!
Other serving suggestions:
We love Turmeric+ Honey drizzled over roasted root vegetables or Greek yoghurt. Spread on toast or a crumpet. It’s also delightful eaten straight off the spoon!
