Beef had a fair bit of gristle on it, quite nice flavour, pasta is great but not sure I’d order again, expensive for what it is

Product description
Reginette (Italian for 'little queens') are an alluring, ribbon-shaped pasta with beautiful wavy edges and a striking appearance. In 1995, the Italian government commemorated the Princess Mafalda of Savoy, in whose honour reginette were created, with a limited edition stamp. Our chefs simmer the ragù for several hours with plenty of aromatics including Chianti red wine until the meat yields all its rich flavours. To top it all off, we serve with delicious Italian formaggio. Follow the instructions we include with your kit and enjoy a 5* pasta dish in 5 minutes.

STORAGE Like all fresh products, our artisan pasta has a limited shelf life. Keep chilled & consume by the date indicated above. FREEZING: Alternatively freeze before use by date. The pasta can be cooked from frozen, for 4-5 minutes. The sauce should be defrosted overnight in the fridge.
