Our decadent take on the classic carbonara includes salty pancetta, eggs and delicious Italian cheese. Carbonara is a dish of great significance in the history of modern Italy, first appearing in the 1950s when it was served to American GIs following the Allied liberation of Rome. We serve our carbonara with strands of spaghetti, perfect for catching every last morsel of sauce. Follow the instructions we include with your kit and enjoy a 5* pasta dish in 5 minutes.
