STORAGE: Like all fresh products, our artisan pasta has a limited shelf life. Keep chilled & consume by the date indicated above. FREEZING: Alternatively freeze before use by date. The pasta can be cooked from frozen, for 4-5 minutes. The carbonara and pancetta need to be defrosted overnight in the fridge.
