I really rate this product. I am a yoga teacher and regularly teach hot yoga. I tried so many natural ways to rehydrate and get my minerals in after teaching but nothing ever worked. I didn't want to use the rehydration things you buy as loads are full of sugar so thought I'd give this powder a go. It works amazingly. I feel great, hydrated and still have energy after teaching. I will defo be buying again. Prior to buying this, I saw some reviews say things about the smell. End of the day, you're not buying it to sit and smell it. You're buying it purely for the substinance so just put it in a smoothie or juice and get it down you!

I continue to purchase from this company because their products are always excellent and their prices very competitive. I have taken Omega 3 for a number now because I think it benefits my health and found Peak Supps Omega 3 is superior to others I have tried in the past.
