I’m peri menopausal and sleep has been disrupted since, waking through the night then being awake for 2hrs or so, after the 2nd night of taking x2 ashwagandha sleep has been mostly improved since , I definitely have more better nights sleep than not, and if I wake in the night I often can go back to sleep again .

Not used this supplement before - tried on recommendation to help with anxiety & insomnia. Will be reordering.

A noticeable positive impact on my anxiety and stress levels. A bit early to state a definitive result and I believe that a higher dosage would work better (I've only been taking one capsule = 300mg per day, you can also take two a day) so I will compare this with the higher dose Ashwaganda Peak Supps offer and then decide on which works better.
