Super fast delivery I was well impressed. Happy with the product however I found out I am allergic to lions mane so I won't be continuing with that product but I could feel the benefit from just after a few days.

Take one of these a day as I tend to have low iron which means I sometimes get rejected when I try to donate blood. Been taking these for a while now and am due to donate blood in two days so we’ll see then if they’ve done the trick.
