Originating from the streets of Mumbai, Pav Bhaji has since spread across many parts of India to become a hearty classic that is enjoyed by many.
Traditionally prepared as a fast food dish, it has a thick and spicy gravy containing mashed vegetables, and is served with a soft bread roll (pav).
Make sure you have a measuring jug so that you can ALWAYS add the correct quantity of water!
Instructions:
•Add boiling water as per instructions on back of packet, OR
•Add water and microwave as per instructions on back of packet.
