I am taking this for 2 months now and as I have hypothyroidism i always struggled to sleep even for a few hours 🙁since I’m taking this tablets I can sleep very well ☺️which is amazing, just waiting for my blood test if my results have improved 🙏

I’ve only just started taking days, so haven’t noticed any effect as yet, but they don’t taste of anything that easy to swallow. So fingers crossed if these are as good as I hope they are. I will be buying them again and I will give a full five star review.
