Here you're getting two 75g portions of salmon swathed in a thick cream sauce, in an open topped puff pastry case with a smattering of dill to garnish. It's a quality production which cooks from frozen in your oven in about 30 minutes. We've tasted them at the office and everyone loved them. One wellington per person makes for a good main course. These salmon wellington are great for a quick dinner or freezer filler for when you are in a pinch.
