This is another cheese 🧀 I have received today from Caws Cenarth Cheese Limited. It's a cheese I have ordered before ( Caerffili wedge 180g) Very nice 👌 that why I ordered it again 😄👍

I've just recieved my first order from Caws Cenarth, and to say I'm chuffed to bits is an understatement. Delivery was very quick, well packed and still nicely chilled, can't wait to tuck in! Caerphilly is so hard to get locally for me, so really excited to try this. Free crackers sent too, diolch!

Product description
Named after one of the founders of Caws Cenarth, Thelma Adams who began producing this cheese with her husband Gwynfor in the 1980’s from a much older family recipe. It is a crumbly cow's milk cheese with a distinctive delicate lemony flavour. Its natural mould rind is mottled grey-white in colour and itself has an earthy, mineral flavour.
