What it does:
Liquipak Black Spot Remover is a strong, concentrated outdoor cleaning solution designed to remove black spots, and other organic staining from:
•Patios
•Concrete
•Block paving
•Natural stone
•Steps and paths
•Masonry
•Cladding
•Brickwork
•Other exterior surfaces
Dilution:
Dilute 1 part Black Spot Remover with 1-2 parts of water, depending on the surface and level of staining.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Preparation:
Clear loose dirt and debris. For best results, we recommend pressure washing the area before applying the product, however this step is optional.
2. Application (3-step process):
•Step 1: Apply an even horizontal layer across the surface
•Step 2: Repeat vertically
•Step 3: Apply around the edges until the area is fully saturated
Agitate with a soft-bristled brush for best results.
3. Dwell Time:
Leave for 45 to 60 minutes. Reapply and re-agitate as needed to keep the surface wet, if the surface dries out, the cleaning process stops.
4. Rinse Thoroughly:
Use a pressure washer or hose to rinse off the area fully after 45–60 minutes.
5. Repeat if Necessary:
Stubborn or older black spots may require a second application.

As of October 1, 2023, this product is classified as a reportable substance under The Control of Explosives Precursors and Poisons Regulations 2023. This applies to all Sodium Hypochlorite solutions containing more than 6% available chlorine.

•Wear protective gloves, goggles, boots, and overalls when using this product
•Ensure adequate ventilation when applying in confined spaces
•Do not smoke and keep other sources of ignition under control
•Trial a small, inconspicuous area before treating large surfaces
•Keep people and pets away from treated areas for at least 48 hours
•Do not use on lawns, flowerbeds, vegetable plots, or near trees/shrubs
•Do not mix with acids—this will release toxic gas

•P301 + P330 + P331: IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting
•P303 + P361 + P353: IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water or shower
•P304 + P341: IF INHALED: If breathing is difficult, remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing
•P305 + P351 + P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing
•P404: Store in a closed container
•P501: Dispose of contents/container to an approved waste disposal facility
