Product=great.
I broke my thumb opening the inner tab of the spout as the whole spout came out.
Advised TikTok of this who SUGGEST a refund.
Yesterday they rejected the refund as not enough evidence 🙄
All I advised was perforation on tabs would be ideal.

Which is why, you may notice it is not as strong after washing as some other brands. This is because an increase in scent can irritate the skin and being a non-bio formula, we did not want that.
If you want a stronger smelling wash, please pair with our Fabric Softener and Scent Boosters, for that hit of smell that lasts all day.

Our luscious laundry detergent has been made using non-bio formula for a gentle wash. But make no mistake, we have ensured that our detergent is perfectly balanced for a great clean and a long lasting scent. Our non-bio formula ensures a soft yet penetrating wash, leaving your clothes super clean and soft.Our detergent is suitable for most fabric types, including: Cotton, linen, synthetic fibres, wool and silk (just don't pop wool or silk in the washing machine!)

Directions For Use
