My treadmill arrived with a broken power cord. I messaged the seller and they responded quickly. Please bear in mind they are in China so responses are likely to be at night time. They were very apologetic and they sent a new power cord straight away. The treadmill is great.

It's been really good easy to assemble and good for walking or running on. It tells you everything on screen what you need to know calories burnt etc, distance etc can change your speed and connect via Bluetooth. Its sturdy and not loud. Overall this is a really good buy so highly recommend

After my knee op, the physio recommended incline walking. This does the job perfectly - the 0% is gentle enough for recovery days, and the 8% gives me just enough challenge without any pain. Proper good design.
