Not happy at all as we’ve received a faulty one and tried to no avail to contact as no button to message and to try send back was asking us to pay for return! So had to go through TikTok to help us! Hoping the company see this and contact us as we would actually like just a working one.

Received the walking pad today — it doesn’t even turn on. Seller is unresponsive. Tried to return it, but they’re making me arrange my own shipment without even providing an address. Terrible service. Would give zero stars if I could.

I purchased the treadmill and then started seeing negative reviews so became worried 🙈 ordered Monday night and it arrived Wednesday morning (UK). It is true what people say about the mat and how it gets stuck on the sides but so far (20 minutes) it hasn't stopped me from getting my steps in.

Looks to have already been used, been unwell so only recently set up to use.
Damage on running track.
Model doesn't look to be a true city sport or it's been returned previous to me purchasing.
Haven't even powered on.

Waited over a week for this to arrive.
When I did get it and unboxed it plugged it in came up with error code e02 , book explained motor wires loose or carbon brushes worn out ! This is supposedly brand new ?? Contacted seller. No reply very frustrating.

Absolutely cheap rubbish.. Tiny strip to run on . Made out of cheap materials . I wished I had bought it straight from the company, instead of this one obviously straight from China. No labelling on the machine and it feel very cheap unsafe..
