Flowers add an exciting element to many dishes, bringing colour, texture and subtle flavours, and our Head Gardener (and keen cook) Ned has carefully selected his favourites, viola, borage and marigold, for their beauty, delicate taste and versatility.
These wonderful flowers are very simple to grow. All you’ll need is a small container, water, and a warm and sunny spot on the windowsill. Within 6-8 weeks the seedlings will be ready to plant in the ground or into pots.
Growbar is 100% eco-friendly. Coir is made with coconut fibres and is a sustainable alternative to peat. All packaging is made from paper or card and can be recycled. Each Growbar is carefully handmade and beautifully packaged, chocolate bar-style, by a small team in South London.
