We rescued the natural by-product of kimchi brine from going to waste and combined this with our pure Scottish Blossom honey to bring you a delightfully sweet and mildly spicy condiment to experiment with your dishes.
A product you can enjoy in good conscience with the knowledge that slowly but surely you are contributing to reducing food waste! Enjoy drizzled over pizza, meat or even salads with some oil.
