1. Fill clean water into the measurement cup up to the marking no more than 280ML.

2. Fill in the water into the boiler with the funnel without exceeding 280ML of water.

3. Plug the safety cap firmly by clockwise rotating.

Why can't the steam keep the high temperature all the time?

The steam dissipates heat very quickly, so we recommend that you always keep the power on during use.

Do I have to pull the plug when I open the lid to change the water?

Yes, open the lid and change the water, you must unplug the power first, or you will burn yourself if you add water.

Why does it leak when I use steam cleaner?

The water leaks out because you do not tighten the safety cap before using the Steam Cleaner. Note: Always tighten the safety cap completely before using the spray bottle, otherwise there is a risk of scalding!
