I’m actually upset as my product was faulty so requested refund! The seller sent me postal address! I paid return with my own money it was 14£. The product was waiting for the seller at post office which I messaged them about and I just received it back! So not only I have product I paid for and doesn’t work but also 14£ less for postage and the cost of product was never refunded!

I have tried and returned the item. It has alot of safety concerns. There is no window to see the water level so you have to tip some out. Once closed it leaks boiling water. The attachment popped off during use and burnt my arm. I have then have to pay £10 return fee!
