Usually harvested at the end of August or the first week of September ensuring the bees have ample time to build enough stores for winter.
A light runny honey, sweet and floral in taste produced from the bees foraging on wildflower.
This is perfect for drizzling over porridge, yoghurt, fruit, add a spoon to your tea or coffee for a natural sweetener.
