Contains sodium fluoride 0.05% (225ppm F)

 

Directions

Use twice daily. Shake to one colour. Pour half a capful and rinse around mouth for 30 seconds. Gargle, then see the results, do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. It is normal for to become cloudy after use.
