First time trying this and it’s not so easy to swish oil in my mouth without feeling sick… although, it leaves my breath fresh and teeth shining even after rinsing and brushing my teeth, just after 2 uses I’m seeing some change in the colour of my teeth and feel less wisdom tooth pain.

Used it a couple of times and seen a good difference. It tastes very strong and hard to get to 10 mins but totally worth it. The soft toothbrush is a bonus.

Good product, came with all accessories, it was delivered in good time, not the easiest product to use, as oil goes everywhere, disposal of the Oil pulling is a bit weird as it cannot be flushed down the toilet or drain, need to do it separately.
