Instructions:

Open key box

1. Slide louvered door to reveal dial and door release button

2. Turn dial to current combination (key box is factory set to 0-0-0-0)

3. Push door release button down

4. Pull door fully open and add or remove keys

5. Close door and readjust combination dial to lock door and hide your combination

6. Close louvered door.

To set your combination:

1. Open the key box (see instructions above)

2. Push the RESET lever on the back of the door to the right and up.

3. Turn the dial to your desired combination.

4. Push the RESET lever down and to the left, back to its original position.

5. Close the door and readjust the combination dial to lock the door and hide your combination
