It’s ok if you haven’t been swimming or had a shower. You have to wait 20 to 30 mins for your finger prints to fully dry for it to work. As this is a gym Lock. It’s now useless for me. Shame as I like the Idea. Just the Biometrics not up to the same spec as my I pad or phone. Happy to chat
