Great idea and nice weight. Only problem is that it is far too hot. Even on level 1 (out of 9) it is far too hot to use gift any length of time. Unfortunately I will be returning it.

This thing is a god send it's amazing for neck back and shoulders makes the pain eased and feels so cosy.

Works well. A little short in the length I feel. I’m 5ft 3ins and size 14. The back falls a lttle short off the shoulders not quite on your back Never the less it’s ok

Quick delivery not used it yet but tried it on it fits just right on my shoulders but I do have to say the extra extender could do with being a bit longer especially for a broader shoulder person but all in all can’t wait to use it
