It is incredibly strong, it made me have a sore back for 24 hours that felt bruised but no actual bruising came up, so maybe short 5 minutes and leave it, see how you feel. I tried all 3 settings and each had the same depth just different speeds

I was so excited to use this as I'm struggling with my neck and back. However when it arrived, it didn't work. None of the buttons on the cushion worked, and when I unzipped it to see if I needed to turn anything on, it looked like a rubbish design! Sent it back straight away!
