Really like this new yam oil, I feel it releaves my menopause symptoms little more than the cream , which I also love, the only down side I have found is the plastic lid on the bottle I found it breaks easily and has left quit sharp edges , other than that absolutely love it

Have used napiers wild yam cream for almost 2years for menopause. This is new and an oil Version so thought I’d give it a go. It’s a thick oil and not as light as the cream (obviously). I want to see if it’s stronger than the cream trying once a day compared to twice a day with cream.
