Napiers Wild Yam Cream has been used in our clinical practise in Edinburgh for many, many years by herbalists supporting women's health. Recently we've noticed that many more people have become interested in Wild Yam Skin Cream through the popularity of Anna’s Wild Yam Cream in Australia. Although Napiers cream pre-dates Anna's Wild Yam Cream by many years both creams were created similarly.
A skin cream specifically designed for those who want the additional support of herbs for balance and well being. Menopause is not a medical condition, but a natural phase in a woman's life and herbs have been used for centuries to support them.
Our customers tell us that this also makes an exceptionally good face cream for very thin, dry, mature skin too!
We use a high strength Napiers fluid extract of Wild Yam which contains diosgenin to make our cream. We also add marigold, vitamin E and use a small amount of colloidal silver as our natural preservative.
Contains the herbs Wild Yam (Dioscorea villosa) and Marigold (Calendula officinalis).
Based on user and clinical feedback we have removed the neroli essential oil previously present in this formula to ensure this product is more hypoallergenic, suitable for sensitive skin and more inclusive for all.
Please note that due to the added essential oil blend in our scented Wild Yam Cream, this cream is not for intimate use. We always recommend a patch test before use.
