As a device for kids I would say spot on but it's not a device for a retro gamer. It will struggle with some PS1 games but build quality is actually ok

Lots of games really struggle to run properly. Assigned buttons for control often in the least usable places. Effectively the toasty maker of gaming. You buy it thinking it's a good idea and it just ends up sat in a cupboard somewhere.
